Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid programme enrolments confirmed by written invoice from Indexing Datasets. Informational prices on this website are not charges.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 20% of digital materials and have not attended a live clinic.

Full or partial refunds

If you have accessed more than 20% of materials but have not attended a clinic, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% at our discretion, considering time spent supporting your enrolment.

Non-refundable items

Custom Partner Desk scenario writing, privately scheduled clinics that have already occurred, and third-party examination fees (if any are arranged separately) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@indexing-datasets.digital with your invoice number and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days of approval.

Cancellation

You may cancel a future clinic seat with 72 hours’ notice and retain digital access. Late clinic cancellations do not extend material access windows automatically.

Exceptions

If Indexing Datasets cancels a programme, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee. Statutory consumer rights in the United Kingdom remain unaffected.
